How do I determine shipping rates to my country?
Add items to your basket. Once you check out, you can select your country. Wait for the system to determine shipping rates to your country.
When will my parcel be send?
Once payment is accepted, your parcel will be send the same business day when ordered before 3:00 pm. If ordered after 3:00 pm, your parcel will be send the next business day.
Can I track my parcel?
Yes, you can. You will receive your tracking code once your parcel is ready for take off! The link and code will appear in your confirmation email.
Returns & Refunds
House Of Mars quarantees high quality products. If you return an item and the reason for return is not a result of a House Of Mars error, the cost of return will be deducted from your refund. If you choose to ship the item on your own, you’ll pay the carrier at the time you ship your return.

Too bad. Return your article, together with your name, address, country and a copy of your invoice and if necessary add product number of a new selected article. Once we received the return products, we will refund minus the costs of shipping within 14 days. Make sure it is packed well and items are not damaged.
We think that’s very tedious and shouldn’t have happened. Please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will find a solution to your satisfaction.
Customised items cannot be returned. This includes articles that have been established in accordance to buyer’s specifications. e.g. a custom made item.
- For returning products there is a cooling off period of 14 days. Products returned within 14 days after receipt, will be refunded fully. The right to full refund expires after the statutory cooling off period of 14 days. During the cooling off period the consumer will treat the products and packaging with care. He will only unpack the product if necessary to assess whether he wishes to retain the product.
- Returned items must be delivered undamaged and complete.
- Items must be shipped in decent overpacking. Tape or stickers are not allowed on original packaging..Following points lead to depreciation:
- original packaging has been damaged, has stickers or any writing on it
- broken or missing foil and/or bags
- Consumer is fully responsible for shipping. Save tracking code for shipping carefully.
- Customised items cannot be returned. This includes articles that have been established in accordance to buyer’s specifications.
